Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt for items that have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached and all original packaging included.

How Do I Make a Return?

Please contact info@yildizaylin.com if you seek a return. You must specify within your email;

• Your name
• Your order number
• Items you will return
• Reason for returns

We will respond to your email within 2 days  and include return authorization number .

When Will I Receive Refund?
